The second annual Carolina Coaching Conference's theme is Adventures in Coaching Creatively. As practicing or aspiring coaches, human resource professionals, consultants, and coaching leaders, you will be challenged to expand your way of thinking about the art and science of coaching.


This year's conference continues the tradition of interactive sessions targeting coaching core competencies and networking among fellow coaching practitioners. Renowned and respected presenters, coaching demonstrations, and expert panelists will cover a range of topics including powerful questioning, cultural competence, ethical considerations, appreciative inquiry, group coaching, creativity in coaching, and mindfulness.


In addition, the 2014 event offers three pre-conference resource development workshops that offer a small group setting for learn about using social media, setting a foundation for practice, or business model development.

All pre-conference workshops will take place on Wednesday, November 12, from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and are optional. In order to register for a pre-conference workshop, please select only one of the optional choices.

Conference and Networking Event

The conference kicks off at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12, and concludes at 4:30 pm on Thursday, November 13. A networking reception is included on the evening on Wednesday, November 12.

Continuing Education Units
  • Conference attendees are eligible for 10 ICF Core Comp CCEU’s and an additional 3 ICF Resource Development CCEU’s for pre-conference workshop attendees. 
  • Conference attendees are eligible for 10 BCC CEU's and an additional 3 BCC CEU's for pre-conference workshop attendees. 
  • Conference attendees are eligible for 9 HRCI recertification credits and an additional 3 HRCI recertification credits for pre-conference workshop attendees.
